ABOUT ME
Hey my name is Suzie I am a 25 year old Dutch girl. I studied fine arts and work as a sculptor. I enjoy sports, hiking, cycling, running, swimming, ashtanga yoga, art, food . Things i consider important are, being happy, responsible, honest, caring, keep an open mind, adjusting my morals to new ideas and experience.
This summer I am traveling with my good friend Leander Peters (26) through the USA.
We hope to spent a lot of time in nature, camping and driving around in our camper van.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've met a lot of great people trough couch-surfing during my previous trips to the US an Canada. Also i met up with some couch surfers when I was living in Amsterdam and showed them around in the city. I have traveled together with some great people I met on couch surfing to Vancouver Island

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A trip to Nepal a couple of years ago really blow my mind, such an amazing country.

Hitch-hiking from San Fransisco to Vancouver.
Met some great people all long the way, like Trucker Charley who gave us a ride to Portland, this guys was an amazing 11 hour real life documentary!

Traveled to: South Africa, Kenya, Nepal, Sweden, Norway, Portugal, Spain, France, Denmark, Germany, Ecuador, England, Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Hungary, Croatia, Czech republic, Austria, Scotland,India.

I am pretty handy, I can help build things, I know a lot about ceramic and a bit about metal en wood. I can make shoes, I like to cook.
