Présentation
À propos de moi
I am an aspiring teacher, traveler and ukulele player. I am proud to be 100% Pinoy and Philippines will always be my home. But I also like exploring other cultures and learning new perspectives. I am the bread winner of the family but I've been living independently for 8 years now since college. My parents live at the province while I live in Manila. This experience has allowed me to widen my comfort zone and learn from people around me. One of biggest goals in life is to put up a coffee shop, teach and travel, and settle down near a beach.
Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
I would love to meet more people, and probably share an experience with them during my travels. One of my mentors back in college said "Every person has a story to tell" and I've always been curious about people. I am currently preparing to do a long term travel next year and I would love to use this opportunity to learn as much as I can.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres
I am a big fan of acoustic songs, songs from 2NE1 and Bigbang (KPOP), inspiring movies/stories/speeches. I love self-management books like 7habits of Highly Effective People, 4-hour work week to help me with adulting. :)
Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue
Before I travel, I usually do fund raising activities where the proceeds go directly to my travel fund. One time, I've tried selling 100 pcs of onigiri on an anime convention with a friend. We walked around the convention with a signboard while shouting "Onigiri For Sale!". After 2-3 hours, we sold out all our onigiris! The catch was, we have no permit to sell. haha Well, we didnt know we weren't allowed to do that in the first place. We thought we can just walk in and sell something. We were called out once by the organizer but with only few pieces remaining, we pushed through with it ( I mean what's the worst thing that could happen right?) and managed to sell everything to the booths while avoiding the organizer. Work hard paid off! :)
