Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To be a culturally-rooted, passion-driven, and selfless individual through immersion in various experiences and exchanges around the globe
ABOUT ME
They say I have the extreme yellow personality type. I am friendly and warm. I love meeting other people and establishing relationships with them. I like listening as much as I like talking. A curious and child-like at heart, I can be spontaneous and adventurous, especially on travels. I am very adaptable depending on the situation.
PHILOSOPHY
Be in constant search of your eudaimonia (enduring happiness).
"Buhos lubos hanggang ubos." (To fully give until there is none.)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I keep in touch with my CS friends and update myself with the latest hangout of the CS Community in my area. I also respond to queries and invites sent to my CS account. So, go ahead, you guys. Ask away!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Had my first solo abroad trip in Bangkok last year and I was lucky enough to get wonderful CS hosts and meet CS friends along the way! One of my most unforgettable experiences includes organizing a tour around Ayutthaya with five other foreigners. We were biking in the city, under the rain, not knowing where we're going all in the name of travel and discovery!
Interests
I'm a curious at heart. I'm interested about arts and culture. I'm attracted to foreign places, unchartered seas waiting to be discovered. I satiate this thirst for knowledge by reading books, listening to music, watching films and tv series, doing something new, going out with close friends, planning weekend getaways. In short, I consider myself a life addict- a person who sucks the marrow out of life!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The world is amazing and Philippines is phenomenal so I'm sharing a few life experiences which took my breath away-
*Go around Sagada on top of a jeepney with a couple of CouchSurfers
*Get wiped out by the waves in Baler
*Party with my closest friends in Boracay until dawn
*See the magnificently rich marine life and biodiversity in Coron

What I Can Share with Hosts
"Aruga" is a Filipino word for care. I can offer world-renowned care to my hosts, their guests, and their homes. I practice "pakikipagkapwa-tao" by being fully-present with others- actively listening to their stories, letting them touch my life, and openly and unpretentiously sharing myself to them even for a brief encounter. I give "malasakit" by embracing and respecting different cultures as well as celebrating similarities with other people.
