ABOUT ME

hm.. i don´t know where to start.. so, my name is suzie, i´m living in austria (vienna) with my five flat mates julia*, kerstin, matthias, mani and markus. we´re quite a bit crazy sometimes, but that´s part of our genius ;)
a lot of people think i´m a bit scary, but i´m really a nice and funny girl! :D i´m just a bit into piercings and tattoos.
i´m the aunt of a lot of lovely children and teenies(and almost grown-ups) and i think all of them can affirm that i´m the best aunt in the world, although i can be quite stressfull sometimes.. ;)
i´m spontaneous, freaky and i do a lot of (maybe) stupid things although i should know better, but everybody learns from his own mistakes!

PHILOSOPHY

in german we have an old saying which means wait and see, but we say wait and drink tea.. well, i changed that to wait and drink beer ;) just wait for whatever comes along.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

in august 2010 i was travelling around europe with my best friend and we met some cool people via cs, who hosted us.i also have a couch here in vienna and started hosting and met some nice people already.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only made good experiences so far and i hope to make a lot more.

Intereses

i like hanging out with my friends and spending time with my family and usually i´m up to everything that is fun! some of my hobbies are reading, baking (yes, i´m almost a really good housewife ;)), playing billiard, and doing things that nobody expects :D

Música, películas y libros

movies.. hm, that´s quite difficult as i don´t watch a lot of movies, but i would say that my favourite movie is fightclub, i´ve watched it so many times, but i still think it´s brilliant!

music: I´m rather into rock and metal.. i listen to bands like disturbed, blind guardian, dragonforce, godsmack, sonata arctica, killswitch engage, airbourne, heaven & hell, alice cooper, edguy, guns n roses, metallica, iced earth, rage, system of a down, twisted sisters... but i also like the good oldies like frank sinatra, jerry lee lewis, roy orbison, elvis, buddy holly and so on. -> "i like it old time rock´n´roll, that kind of music just suits my soul.."

books: i like all kinds of books, be it science fiction, real or some kind of novel. one of my all time favourites is the picture of dorian grey by oscar wilde, on the second place high fidelity by nick hornby and the third place goes to 11 minutes by paulo coelho. that are some books that left a permanent impression.

Algo increíble que he hecho

--> standing at the river thames with a big coffee to go and my very best friend, looking at the tower bridge and enjoying the silence there

--> walking 12 kilometers in the middle of the night just for a game of billiard and a beer :D
