ABOUT ME

We are sailors who, after eight years living in and exploring Southcentral Alaska, sailed 1,900 miles to settle in Port Townsend, WA. We like meeting new people and learning new things, becoming a part of the community wherever we are. We appreciate community spirit and seek out experiences that bring us closer to the people around us.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Seven weeks of hitchhiking from Amsterdam to Paris and then all through France found me couchsurfing with all sorts of fabulous people. It was on the fly, before CouchSurfing existed, but I love the concept and hope it continues to thrive!
