Hi guys, my name is Sofia 😊

I am swedish / Australian and traveling the world with my Australian boyfriend, Daniel. We are active, easy going who love to be social and meet new people. During our time travelling we are looking for beautiful places to see, embrace new cultures and enjoy all the things a new place brings 😊
I am a sociologist and Daniel is a painter but at the moment our jobs are on pause so we can travel the world!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I use couchsurfing because I love meeting new people and making new friends, and I know how it is to travel on a tight budget. And when you travel there is no better way to find out great things to do and see them from a local! Aswell as being social and having a good time! Making connections with people always adds to a place!

We are both very clean people and will respect you and your home, we are just grateful for the opportunity given 😊

Interests

I am a very active person who loves being outside and am willing to give anything a go. I promised myself after university and saving some money I was going to travel for at least a year and see, explore and learn as much as possible during this time. I am a few months in now on my trip and my boyfriend has just joined me on my travels. We both love meeting new people and spending time with family and friends. Always up for adventures but love a good chilled out afternoon and doing whatever.

We listen to any music and can not say no to a good movie, open to suggestions 😊 Daniel does place a little guitar so he can show of skills if you have a guitar lying around

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing things I have done so far is volunteer in Nepal for two months, teaching English to all ages and been so lucky to share some time with absolutly amazing people! I'm a big believer in giving back, smiling faces are worth more than money can ever buy!

Our home, where you will have a comfy bed to sleep in, in your own room and all the things you would need to feel at home is available for you.

I have hosted couch surfers in our home town in Australia but now we are on the road and hoping to meet some wonderful people and share a slice of time 😊
