I'm fun and outgoing, communicative and very interested in getting to know other cultures and customs (generic answers FTW), new people and especially opinions.

I both like a night of mixed drinks as I like to grasp a city's atmosphere in a more thoughtful way. The good old sightseeing-thing is useful and all. Most often though, cities rather impress me through their residents what they make out of what's been built around them.

I like some strong ideals but no particular philosophy and no dogmatism. Global responsibility, maybe. Love when people are able to argue for their point (not in an 'About Me'-box, that is).

I do take myself very seriously (I don't at all).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To combine more personal and cheap accommodation with a simple way to meet strangers, basically. Couchsurfing still is one of the best ways to do this. Far better than AirBNB, for that matter.
