Overview
About Me
I am a teacher from Germany. In 2011I studied in Chile. Since that I love travelling, learning languages, sharing stories with other people. Topics that interest me a lot are social and political change, nature, animals, especially birds and whales, activism (environmental and feminism), trekking, bikepacking, packrafting and nutrition as well as cooking.
Maybe I missed some, but we definitely will find out.
I am currently on a sabbatical. I have just been to South Korea and Japan. I hiked parts of the MCT in northern Japan.
Now I want to visit South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand and maybe later Latin America again. In Western Australia I am considering hiking the Bibbalum Trail. I am also considering staying at some place for longer maybe taking Portuguese Classes in Brazil or a nice city somewhere. I am also considering living for some time in an alternative living project (ecological or social). If you have any suggestions don't hesitate to contact me. I try to figure out, what I like most and will do that.

And a book recommendation that's a well kept secret of mine, which I may share with you. It's a book about icecream and sadly almost all of the icecreams I can make are from this book, except one strawberry recipe I developed in weeks of the pandemics turning my kitchen into a laboratory.

I almost don't watch series because they are too time-consuming. In my entire life I watched maybe roundabout five. I really enjoyed Avatar and The Sopranos.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Only the one who jumped in a pond in autumn, sleept in the snow in the woods, saw the lights on the hills of Valparaìso, tasted the salt of the sea, danced in the streets of a city, fought for an idea, rebelled against authorities, questioned his culture and was in love with the flowers of nature and values, knows what life is capable to do with you.
Teach, Learn, Share
I really love cooking for others or together. So at least I could prepare a meal for you! I can also teach you German, English or Spanish.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can cook great meals, bake delicious cakes and some special ice creams.
In the pandemics I designed a delicious strawberry ice cream recipe that I could share with / prepare for you. Although we would need fresh strawberries for it. :)
I can also tell you about German history, society and culture.
