Hej, I am Svenja, 32 and moved into a small collective into a forest in Bollebygd this summer. Here I built a Greenhouse Atelier and parked my Tiny House on Wheels to live my artistic research on how to live with plants and how to connect them with textiles. Since moving here I feel so free and calm and creative and discovered lots of new interests such as woodworking, permaculture, generally everything that is connected to more regenerative forms of living. This environment provides so much space for exploring and imagining a life more connected to nature that I can´t imagine living in town anymore. In the future I would love to live with some animals in a food forest and I hope that my excitement for that will overcome my bad-luck for plant breeding and the lack of knowledge and experience I still have :D.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I believe travelling is the best teacher about oneself and the world in general, that´s why I am especially interested in meeting locals (when travelling) and travellers (at home) to exchange experiences and opinions and to learn from one another. As someone who is constantly questioning and redesigning own habits and opinions, I am very happy to learn things I could take on or reflect about. I simply thing that it´s great to get to know the neighbours in this world and that Couchsurfing is the best tool for it.
