About Me

CURRENT MISSION

After trying to be an independent documentary film maker for some years I am taking a break from that profession. Maybe just for a while, maybe it turns out to be a life long break :) It is a beautiful profession, but it can be tough and little rewarding. So now my mission is to travel in Argentina for a while. After that I might turn my passion Tango dancing into a profession. Together with my boyfriend we work on how to improve communication and relationsships, in a private context as well as in business. And Tango is a great tool to do that. Let's see what life brings on!

ABOUT ME

I like to travel, I enjoy physical work as well as creative work (and both combined as well), I love to dance (Tango), sing, play the trumpet and create films. I am always low on money and still looking for a good relationship between working and earning. Although I must say I got better at it recently. I love to learn languages. See more about my work on:

PHILOSOPHY

I think the most important things on earth are honesty and creation. To laugh and to not take things too seriously. It's always better to try out what you feel inside. Much better than holding back and thinking you might fail.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

While I still had my little apartment I enjoyed hosting people from Couchsurfing and also friends. I remember we slept with six or more people in the little sleeping/living room once :) now I am travelling, but as soon as I am back, I am very happy to give travellers the chance to save some money by not having to stay in a hostel. I really enjoy having guests.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It's a wonderful way to travel. When I arrived in Buenos Aires about a month ago after three days of traveling and was welcomed by Maria, a couchsurfer, at her house- I was so grateful for everything she offered. Like coming home after a long journey. So nice!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I found out how to do the front crawl without using too much energy. That way I can easily swim 10 laps and more. It is great to go to the open air bath early and do my laps in the morning sun. That change of technique was a real revelation to me :)

Teach, Learn, Share

Although I come from a family of teachers I don't know if I am a good teacher myself. I can help with learning Polish, English or German. Or play small stuff on the guitar. Of course I can give you as many Tango lessons as you want!
