I'm Sven, 28 years old and very fond of Gent, Belgium. Generally laid-back and enjoying pretty much anything, though an enthousiastic period now and then is no exception :-)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd like to share my love for this city with others by offering my couch and knowledge. The first is not always available, the second can still be accessed though! On the other hand, I'd like to meet similar people, eager to show me (or tell me some more about) their city!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had some experience hosting surfers and did a two week trip of England as an introduction to CS in January 2011, and had loads of fun doing that.

Intereses

Swimming, dancing, hanging around the city with friends, hanging out at home with a movie/book, playing some board games, singing, partying, jogging, ... I like diversity in my occupations!

Having a meal in the dining hall of Magdalen College, Oxford

Cycling with a group of international students in the Chinese countryside without really knowing where we were going

Spontaneously deciding to take the bike instead of the train for that 100 km trip to visit a friend.

Dancing a very intensive swing class with a 60 year old lady I didn't know.
