I live in Erfurt, the capital of federal state Thuringia, since 2003. I work as network administrator and graphic designer in an institution of education for young people with learning difficulties in this town.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I heard about it from a friend and I know some people here in Erfurt who host some travellers, too. I think it's a good alternative to anonymous holidays in ho(s)tels. It's good to meet interesting people on a direct way.
I have no traveller references yet, because I'm just before my first travel with a couch search. But I already hosted several interesting people. These were lucky days.

To the fake profiles without any verification or references and pictures taken from magazines or other websites: I will not host you because I can not trust you at the first place! I prefer real authentic people. Just like them I already hosted.
