About Me

ABOUT ME

*my husband's profile: https://couchsurfing.page.link/eQd38rtteoD8L3hc6*

Hi everyone! My name is Svetlana (or Sveta or Lana - as you prefer), I'm a former literature teacher from Russia. Four years ago I quit my job and started travelling around the world doing workaway and trying to gain experience in natural farming.

On the way I got married with a Turkish traveler and learned to do Thai massage, now we continue traveling earning money by doing massage for donations.

My dream is to buy a piece of land and to create an open space for art, education, research, farming and ecological projects. But for now I want just to travel, meet people, learn about their lifestyles and exchange the ideas.

I consider myself to be a friendly and open-minded person, curious and interested in everything new. I like chatting and sharing: thoughts, experiences, memories, music, smiles.

Hope I'll have a chance to share them with you, the one who is reading my profile right now. See you!

NB1: I don't eat meat, just keep in mind if you want to cook something together :)

NB2: Me and my husband are long term travelers, we earn money on the way, which is sometimes not easy, so we're on a tight budget.
It doesn't mean that we'll eat all food from your fridge, don't worry 😁 (couchsurfing is about exchange, not consuming!)
But it means that usually we can't join you for the activities that require spending more money like going to expensive restaurants and bars. Hope for your understanding :)
