About Me

CURRENT MISSION

getting things done!

ABOUT ME

a soul that would rather be lost in the skies but instead is captured on earth. A rational scientist and emotional pixie in one bottle :)

PHILOSOPHY

why do i live - to experience life like there is nothing else- because thats all there is :), to feel like there is nothing to lose - because the greatest thing you can lose is the ability to feel, and to think like your survival depends on it- because it does , and to try not answering silly questions on life thoughts and feelings- which i obviously am doing a bad job of avoiding ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: everything from smooth to energetic, but not hard or heavy, starting from Diana Krall and Avishai Cohen to Nelly Furtado and Garbage; favourite classic composers are Beethoven and Brahms

Movies: too much to mention... Among the recently released - "The Place Beyond the Pines" takes the 1st place for the powerfull realistic story; "Django Unchained" - a come back to the top of his masterliness after Inglorious Bastards, Tarantino, and "Skyfall" - for finally converting me to an appreciator of Daniel Craig as James Bond.

Shows: Black Adder and Thin Blue Line, X-files (used to be big fan of it), Keeping up Appearences, TBBT, Coupling, Voice of Ukraine.

Books: used to read much more... Remark, Bradbury, Poe, currenty reading "Sophie's world"

Food: Italian and French cuisine; all sorts of fruits (indispensable); tea (I always have a dozen of different teas at my place); meat (yes, I am carnivorous and not vegeterian)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Standing in the rain under a nightsky aglow with a gazilion fireworks in Rotterdam on new year's eve 2013.
