ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Swati, and I'm a 24 year old originally from Toronto, Canada. I just recently moved to Seoul, South Korea to continue teaching ESL. Before this, I had the pleasure of living in Taiwan and backpacking various countries in Southeast Asia. I am very excited to start this new opportunity in such a fantastic country. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couchsurfed a few times before, and hosted many friends surfing in the West Coast. This is my first time using the website, which so far seems like a great resource

Interests

I love meeting people who are down for some conversation over some delicious food. Hearing peoples travel stories, learning about unique cultures, and immersing myself in unknown situations gets me excited! I also love to read, chill out to good tunes, do the occasional yoga session, and I recently learned how to snowboard.

Overcame my fear of heights in Vietnam by canyoning down a rapid waterfall!

I would consider myself an easy going person who loves to talk about interesting issues and popular media. I can share my own experiences and knowledge with other travellers, and provide hosts with a great CS experience and an international friendship :)
