ABOUT ME

I'm a pretty down to earth gal who loves the earth and who is very curious about those who inhabit it. i like art and drawing graffiti. cooking, especially for others is splendid. exercise is freeing, especially dance which relaxes my mind. sunshine, a good, long, healthy swim, and lots of sleep make me happy. more than anything else i enjoy making others smile, or sometimes simply being able to relate to someone, about anything, is the best. carrying on a good conversation that really makes you think or just feel good satisfies my soul. i'd love to meet you and learn your story!

PHILOSOPHY

i think that people should do what makes them happy, not what looks better in someone else's eyes. money shouldn't be an object, rather simple a means of trade and not of personal status or value. we should eradicate cars and gasoline use and travel by foot, bike, or clean recycled fuel via mass transit. if we love the world we should protect her and give her room to breathe. overpopulation should stop, adoption should increase at a cheaper cost. idiotic embarrassing fools should not control the world, a continent, a country, a state, or a city. education and health care should be free. everyone is a part of anything anyway, so stop living in denial and do something!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to this, but would like to participate as much as I can. "Think globally, act locally," is something I agree with and what better way to do so than by sharing with others. And for traveling elsewhere, how can you get more cost efficient? Not only can you meet interesting new people, but you have a place to crash. pretty rad.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

hosting is really fun, it's great welcoming new people into my home and sharing experiences with each other. i am excited to couch surf myself and know it will be an awesome outlet to meet new people and travel to new places.

Interests

travel, food, my supportive and loving family, paint, forests, walking everywhere, taking the time to appreciate the little things, curly hair, freckles, goofy smiles, laughing until my stomach aches, the taste of sun brewed tea, big earrings, beaches, swimming, snuggling, being active and working out, going to bed exhausted, big ridiculous hugs, smiling for no reason, henna,drinking out of straws shaped like glasses, fresh baked bread, brightly colored or patterned clothing, cooking, waking up feeling actually rested, gettin rowdy with my dogs, the ability to laugh at ones self. forgetting about money, jobs, and possessing an extensive social life, realizing the value of every sunrise and sunset and never forgetting about those who make life even more undeniably beautiful.
