About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I want to take it all in...

ABOUT ME

Let's see...I live in San Francisco and I grew up in the Bay Area. I have no car and rely on bicycle to get around, it's my preferred form of transportation.

I am a teacher so that takes up a large chunk of my time on the day to day. I am always interested in new and exciting things and ways to teach, especially when it's related to social justice and community building of any kind. I am also a permenant student so learning new things makes me very happy.

I like things like the library and farmer's markets. I like to swim in the outdoor pool that isn't too far from my house and sometimes you might catch me at a yoga class. I love to dance and have a useless talent for memorizing all of the lyrics to bad songs on the radio.

I like to travel and I've been lucky enough to visit quite a few places and meet many many amazing folks on my travels. I am interested in being a conscientious travler and staying aware of my impact on spaces and in communities. I love to be outdoors as much as possible. I love to meet new people and see new things.

In life I like a good balance.

PHILOSOPHY

There are so many stories in the world and I want to learn about as many of them as I can...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I rode my bike from San Francisco to Santa Cruz. Along the way I saw a whale, that was amazing!
