ABOUT ME

I'm an Aquarian Dog, A little bit crazy, but in a good way I think. I grew up in Elkins, WV and Baguio City, Philippines. I live in the Philippines now. I love freedom and adventure more than anything. Spontaneous, fun, happy, unconventional, free spirited, outgoing, sweet, cruel, devilish, angelic, spiritual and curious to the point of danger. I'm a vocalist in an all female band called, Tetas and the Twat. haha! We're ridiculous. :) I love to travel. I love nature. I love impurrrrfections! And I love meeting new people and learning about different cultures.

PHILOSOPHY

I live for the adventure. Be it good or bad...I love the journey through it. There is always something amazing and beautiful to find in any scenario, if you keep your eyes open.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well so far... I haven't surfed on anyone's couch yet... But my housemate and I have hosted a few couch surfers and it was great! Two sisters from France, A German med student, A Swedish couple and 2 friends from Russia. When we have the chance, we try to tour surfers around. It's been fun. :)

Interests

Music, Art, Nature, Traveling, Lizards, Pandas, Snakes, Cats, Dogs, fish that glow! Discovering little hole in the wall places, Psychology, Astrology, Numerology, you know...a lot of the "ology" thingymajigs. Books. Poetry. Ranting. Camping. Hiking. Where the river meets the sea. One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've traveled all over the U.S. as a child and I loved the Red Wood Forest. I was a little kid and the trees were soooo big!!! The whole place just seemed magical. :)

I also went to a far off, not so traveled area in Samar, Philippines. Took a little boat out to this small island that you can literally walk around in 20-30 mins. It was a total treat. Climbed and stood on these high rocks and the waves were so big... They almost took me off the rock with them. Haha! But it was a breathtaking sight and totally worth it.

And you just can't describe what it's like to climb in Banaue, Philippines and be surrounded with all the rice terraces at sunset. :)

Teach, Learn, Share

Well...aside from teaching English...I also teach crafts. Candle making mostly. I can also teach you where the cool places to go are here on this end of the world. :)
