ABOUT ME

I am currently working three jobs in Toronto and loving it! I love studying history, especially Canadian History! I am passionate about the Arctic and loving talking politics, so don't be afraid to argue with me about everything!

I love the mountains (especially the Rockies) and my dog Rookie. I also love horseback riding especially through the mountains.

I like to think of myself as a laid back, chill, but outgoing and ready to try new things. I really enjoy travelling and have had some amazing experiences so far.

I love meeting friendly and helpful people which couch surfing has helped me do! As well as loving the food! Also on a completely related note, love to bake! (especially fatty brownies and cakes) I love sweets and chocolate!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Amazing...there is nothing else to say! Meeting people who are so welcoming and allow you into there home before they even know you is spectacular! Makes you believe that there truly is good in people! Hopefully when I get home I can "pass it forward".

Lord of the Rings, Chick Flicks, The Avengers, Argo, I am kinda in an action movie phase, which has been supported by my boyfriend who is not so much into the girly movies (we have recently seen movies like Django, Kingdom of Heaven, all the Iron Man, Captain America and all that movies)

As for books, I LOVE BOOKS! I read as often as I can. I am currently reading a book about Canadian history which fascinates me and reading Les Miserables which I am absolutly loving! I read the abridged version when I was younger but the real one is so much better! I also recently started a book called The Hobbit and Philosophy which looks into the Common philosophy in the Hobbbit. It's alright so far.

Watching the sunrise on the New Year on top of Mount Sinai in Egypt, falling asleep under a meteor shower in the Rocky Mountains, diving in the Great Barrier Reef, volunteering in Costa Rica, and a more recent one talking cooking lessons in New Orleans, and of course so many other amazing experiences!

More recently petting tigers in Thailand and giving a seal a massage in Singapore as well as getting a degree from the London School of Economics, that was a lot of work!
