ABOUT ME

In love with Amsterdam all over again, so happy to be back after my Italian adventure. For the first time in my life feeling the urge to put down roots. Love cycling round this city at night, lights dancing on the water.

PHILOSOPHY

follow your heart but don't lose your head, balance is important but I love extremes occasionally too, be silly and giggle a lot, don't take it all too seriously (reminder to self) Connection.....

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed for the first time with a couple of people in Bologna - very positive experience. Also met lots of lovely peeps at CS events in Verona, Venezia and Bologna.

Performance, music - so much film- ditto, books - no lists please.....! meet me and ask me....yoga, meditation, five rhythms dancing, discovering a way to live thats more connected to nature and people, a sense of community, sustainability, spirituality thats grounded in the every day
