If I had to describe myself with three words, I'd probably choose curious, social and food. I like learning new things and discussing a broad variety of topics. I like spending time meeting new people. And I like eating and trying local food.

When travelling, like doing off-the-beaten track things and would prefer a BBQ with locals over visiting the main square of a city.

Fun Fact: Because Army Service is mandatory in Switzerland, I spent half a year in the Swiss army.

I read mostly non-fiction. Currently carrying the autobiography of Benjamin Franklin around on my e-reader.

Unfortunately my memory proofed unsuitable for movies. When I watch a movie, I tend to quickly forget its plot. So not really any clear favorites there. The advantage is that I can watch them over and over and still be surprised every time.

Asked a Riksha driver in Bangladesh whether I could drive him around in his Riksha. Got covered in a local online newspaper as probably the first foreign person to drive a Riksha in Bangladesh.
