About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Making echoes in eternity

ABOUT ME

I am young entrepreneur with a passion for everything outdoors. Although it is cliché I am foodie it is both a passion and my business. I try to stay as active as possible lately I've been bitten by the trail running bug. I am very laid back and flexible with my schedule when I am in Plovdiv.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Beside hosting people when I can I try to be active in our small local community. Couchsurfing has allowed me to build a solid base of local friends in Bulgaria and meet some really cool and inspiring people from all over the world. When i have the opportunity when i am abroad i also like to meet up with locals to better understand the place i happen to be.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have met some great people from all over the world and had some amazing experiences with CSers: house parties in Budapest, last minute wine tasting/Alps trips and riding 115 km across central bulgaria in the rain. Couchsurfers continue to amaze me and inspire me, i have heard my fair share of horror stories but i have been lucky to meet the coolest of people

Music, Movies, and Books

Its a hard question combined with the fact that I horrible at recalling specific names/titles. Music wise im open to almost anything but my playlist is often full of classic and 90s alt rock. However my tastes stretch from opera to country music. I love to read whenever i can across many genres however most often you can find me reading non fiction usually some form of history or another.
Movie wise again open to lots of things but its very mood oriented.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moved across an ocean with little to no planning, in 2008 I moved from the Midwest USA to Northern Italy and that was the beginning of a saga that continues to this day.

Teach, Learn, Share

Well besides languages which i am ok at I used to cook professionally and love to spend time in the kitchen so I am always open to guests cooking (however it can be challenging to find certain ingredients here) none the less i am passionate about learning traditional techniques from everything from bread to butchery.
