PHILOSOPHY

To do whatever I feel is worth doing or what I consider interesting to do.
Also: Everything is polka!

Interests

Biggest passions:

1) FOLKLORE: traditions, European minorities, ethnomusicology, religions, blah, blah, blah...

2) MUSIC: listening (folk, electronic, rock...), singing (lately, mostly folk), dancing.
I dance traditional dances, lindy hop and blues.
I also collect foreign folk songs and try to remember at least one per country that interest me.

3) FANTASY STUFF: dragons, dwarves and lightsabers. I like rpg games and I am also a board games fan.

Minor passions/ hobbies:
Just anything. They tend to change every couple months.

Music, Movies, and Books

I do read various things. I can describe my type as a mixture of "classics lover" and "fantasy fan". What's more - I enjoy reading Polish poetry and foreign dramas.
Oh, and due to my 'professional' interests - fairy tales!

My most preferable type of music is Slavic folk but I listen to almost everything (if that can help you describe my taste :P) and find it very inspiring.

I also like spending my time watching shows while solving logic puzzles (like those: http://www.conceptispuzzles.com/ ).

If you want to explore Polish ethnographic groups, I'll be happy to introduce them to you :)

I can teach you traditional Polish songs and dances, and show you lindy hop or blues dance.

I'm also a huge boardgames fan and have quite a collection of them - we can play them together.
