ABOUT ME

Laid back, easy-going, and always looking for a laugh (or doing something stupid to get one). I am usually found outdoors.

Music, Movies, and Books

Any dumb comedy will do.
Bluegrass, reggae, funk, dub, underground hip-hop.
A Short History of Nearly Everything is a good book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've had a job where I got to rappel out of a helicopter to fight wildfires in the mountains of the western US. Currently a helicopter manager.
Spent 5 weeks backpacking Thailand in '05. Can't wait to do more travelling. I've also been to some of the most remote places in the US.

Teach, Learn, Share

Forest ecology, wildfire effects, meteorology, more nerdy stuff.

I own six bikes, so if you are in need of a bike tuning, hit me up.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a great couch. And the carpet and rug is perfect for sleeping pads.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Bahamas, Canada, Haiti, Jamaica, Japan, Mexico, Nicaragua, Switzerland, Thailand, Turks and Caicos Islands

Countries I’ve Lived In

Canada, United States
