I am a 28 year old self employed director of mainly documentary films, based in Vienna (Austria). I enjoy listening to good music, take my racing bycicle and just drive it, like dancing (modern dance and also urban styles), making electronic music and being outdoors.

I am open minded, a creative type and would love to meet new people along the way :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I now decided to make my first big trip to Australia and New Zealand as I never travelled outside of Europe. As I want to experience a country and its people I prefer couch surfing than being in a hostel with fellow travellers. Also I am not interested in partying all along, I just want to enjoy my trip and experience the culture. But of course I also like going for a beer or two ;) I am really looking forward to my first big trip!

Music, Movies, and Books

music:
very difficult as i enjoy different types of genres. I enjoy listening to synth pop (keep shelly in athens and Planning to rock are my two favourite bands atm), but also to punk (H2o) and rock.

books:
everything by alice miller and definitely "I am a free woman" by Francoise Giroud

movies:
All sorts! I am a filmmaker so I am watching a lot of movies, especially documentaries though. I have no "favourite" film as I get inspired by different filmmakers and film types constantly. But I can tell sth about my series taste: FARGO, True Detectives, Peep Show, A Handmaid's Tale are definitely one of my favourite ones!

Making Art in general. I am glad I chose that "profession" as it fulfills me.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can future visitors to Vienna give sightseeing advice and take them to my favourite restaurants, cafés and bars. There's loads to do here :)
