Overview
About Me
I study non-human primates and am specializing in cognition. I love being in the field and studying non-human primates. I am also a 200 hour yoga instructor so I am always up for a challenge and being outside. I love to see the world and meet people, and feel so lucky that I get to do that. I know it is a bit odd that I don't have much social media except for Snapchat, but I've always felt if you are a good friend of mine, we will keep in contact anyways :). I'm more than happy to chat so you get to know me, or give references if needed.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on Couchsurfing because I want to travel and learn from people all about the world. I feel that there is no better way to learn about different cultures and places than from people themselves. I want to be able to share what I can while learning from others.
Music, Movies, and Books
I love all 90s music, and alternative rock, with some indie. I am obsessed with reading and will read anything by Darren Shan, Ellen Hopkins, Louise O'Neill, and geeze the list could keep going. When I'm not doing research and studying non-human primates, I love to read!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I became a 200 hour yoga instructor and taught many fundraising classes.
Teach, Learn, Share
I really want to learn about traditional cultures of all different parts of the world. I've been fortunate enough to grow up in an area of the United States that is diverse, but I am always wanting to learn more. I can help with any chores or cooking or anything that needs to be done.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I love to teach yoga, conservation messages, and all about our animal world.
