***In the Kansai region for awhile, let's meet up!!
Si hablas castellano me encantaría intercambiar idiomas!!! 🥰
o se parlate italiano mi farebbe tanto piacere fare un scambio di lingue/culture***
English:
Hi! Name's Sydney (yes like the city ;)) but I'm from Chicago instead! Some things about me... I love to travel and learn about new cultures, and have unforgettable experiences with amazing people! I try to push myself and if I am scared of something, I force myself to do it because I don't want to have any fears. I think a strong mind is one of the most important characteristics in a person.
I'm a little shy at first, but once I open up youll see I'm actually crazy hahaha I love to listen to people's stories, new music, and other interesting fun things :)
(by the way.... If ever during my trips I send you a copy-paste message it's because I really need a place. Please don't ignore it!! Thanks in advance :) ❣️)

Castellano:
Holaa!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To be able to meet new, interesting, and amazing people!
Interests
When I was younger I did MMA for 5 years, but got an injury and decided to start doing other things. Since then, I have gotten into biking, hiking/trekking, and other outdoorsy activities.
I really love scuba diving💙🐟🤿
I also really like healthy living, like healthy foods, cooking, alternative medicine, meditation, yoga, and astrology :). I also am obsessed with animals 😍
I tend to like doing lots of new and different things with people! I'm not picky! :)
Also, I'm sometimes an introvert, and love to spend time alone, but I appreciate always being invited and I'm more than happy to be there for anyone if they need :D.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I tend to lean most towards rock, reggae, reggaeton, salsa, bachata, merengue, electronic, oldies, rap, tango, etc! I love really anything (except an excessive amount of pop/Justin bieber 🤷🏼♀️😝) and enjoy most listening to music from other cultures ❣️🎼
Movies: I like Marvel movies, or anything really involving fantasy :). Generally the more confused I am when it's over means I really liked it.
my favorite movie is probably Spirited Away, though I usually don't have the patience for movies though so I prefer series :).
Im absolutely in love with Rick and Morty; Love, Death and Robots; and el gabinete de curiosidades.
I also just got done watching a few series including Merlina (Wednesday), Sabrina, and the Sandman which I liked as well
Books: I really liked Lemony Snicket's Series of Unfortunate Events when I was younger, I read all 13 books!; I like books with mystery and I've got a bunch of self help books as well haha
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went on a 5K mud/obstacle run through a mountain in the freezing cold rain. I had to literally swim through mud to my ears and climb a wall made of small frozen metal wires without gloves or a jacket or anything.
I think this is amazing because it was a mentally tough thing I had to do, and not only am I glad I got through it, but I got one of the best times recorded! And a few free beers at the end ;P
I've also been sky diving which was AMAZING :)
And scuba diving is now becoming a new hobby of mine ❤️
