Overview
About Me
I currently live in Victoria, BC, Canada, originally from Alberta. After having experience for a couple years with Traditional Thai massage and yoga, I decided to study to become a Massage Therapist. Embodiment practices, alternative/holistic health has been a ongoing passion of mine as well as authentic human relating and community living.
In my spare time I enjoy practicing /teaching yoga, singing/chanting, hiking, camping, cycling, gardening, climbing, contact improvisation dance, ecstatic dance, foraging and pretty much any nature connection activity.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Naturally as most, I am very curious about others path's in life and have an desire to listen to other's passions, ambitions and journey. Couchsurfing seems to be a great medium to meet people from different backgrounds, cultures, occupations I normally might not get the chance to interact with otherwise and share a humble experience together in a guest/host relationship.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like most music except country, although bluegrass and folk is good! I lived in Alberta, Canada for 18 years growing up and have had too much exposure to pop-country :P Artists I've took a dive into are Lauryn Hill, Erykah Badu, Devendra Banhart, Yaima, Peia, CharlesTheFirst, Half Moon Run, Alabama Shakes, Nahko Bear, FKA Twigs, Lord Huron etc. Background music I enjoy is usually kirtan/chanting, ambient, world music, downtempo triphop, psystep, lowfi beats/mixes.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Healing my health, which I mostly contribute to intense, transformative experiences in India with yoga/meditation practice. Using my regained energy to share and offer help to around me and fall in love with what life has to offer.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am always up for trades with different bodyworkers, healers or what ever you can share in exchange for vegan cooking, massage therapy or yoga guidance! I love to cook and share meals and conversations.
Comfortable place to stay, 2 roommates currently, couch available or I can roll out the futon mat.
Countries I’ve Visited
India, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama, Thailand, Viet Nam
