Most types of outdoor recreation. My favorites are climbing, hiking, running, biking and yoga, but I love to try new activities any chance I get. Going to concerts and listening live music is one of my favorite activities. I like to go out at night and find a laid back spot to have drinks and listen to music. Other favorite pastimes include cooking, writing and reading. I am endlessly interested in different cultures, languages and people.

Some favorite authors include Edward Abbey, David Sedaris, and Tom Robbins. My taste in music is random and far-ranging, so it really depends on the day. Right now, I am loving Cat Power, Miles Davis, Feist, Dave Matthews Band and samba music.
