Overview
About Me
I currently live in Austin, TX with my soul mate (DJ) and our puppy (Wallace)! We love eating tacos, digging for vinyl and vintage treasures, and going on road trips. I just graduated from UT Austin with a degree in Communication Studies and Sociology focusing on human interaction (let's interact!). I'm taking it easy after 16 straight years of school and am now working at an art museum, curating a collection of vintage clothes, and reading and traveling as much as I can. I'm an extroverted introvert who loves art, animals, and flowers. I'm respectful and happy and curious and compassionate, and I live by the golden rule and the phrase "feed your head". If you want to peek into my life or stalk my cutiepie dog, feel free to check my Intagram: www.instagram.com/sydneyps
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I prefer to learn about a city from locals who live and love it every day, and I enjoy being part of a community of sharers. As humans, we have more to offer each other than money and I think this sentiment is echoed by a lot of couch surfers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was 18 I planned an event with two friends that ended up raising over $30,000 for the Jimmy V Foundation for Cancer Research.
