I am currently in : Italy!

I am Sydnie. I have had the privilege of floating around the world for the past 7 years and my life has changed completely because of it. I am based in the Netherlands (started my company there) and have been living there (with many ups and downs) for the past 5 years. I am an artist- a sculptor - and am a sort of jack of all trades (master of none). I can explain my work in detail to you if you are interested when we meet, it is too hard to type in words....

My aim is always to find new homes in distant cities and new family in distant strangers; I want to meet every single human in the world before I die.....hahahaha

I love all activities outside (esp. hiking, swimming, farming), I am abnormally happy most days, and can laugh in almost every situation (not always a good thing). People ask me why I am so happy all the time, I just tell them to look at the sun.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While traveling, there is nothing I love more than meeting incredible strangers with warmth and insight to share! I dream of one day building the most comfortable couch to host everyone who has hosted me and then some!!

Honestly the most amazing thing I do every day is to wake up, open my eyes, feel my breath, and remember I have a little more time on this Earth

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can play chess, cook food, and laugh alot. Perhaps I can fix that old chair that you broke years ago and you have been too lazy to get fixed!
