July 2024 : I just came back on CouchSurfing for the first time in a while ! I'm preparing a Spain tour in August with my girlfriend Fleuriane and can't wait to discover this country ! As she does not have a CS profile, I'll give here a few informations about her : she's 20, she's studying music (mainly as a lyric singer, but she can play a bit of guitar, piano and harmonica), she doesn't trust her skills when it comes to speaking in another language but she can definitely handle a conversation and she's enthousiastic about learning !

I'm also planning a solo trip in Japan in September ! It will be my very first time out of Europe (if we don't count asian side of Istanbul)

February 2020 : Back again after another wonderful Europe tour (made even better by Couchsurfing), I might possibly host 1 or 2 people, but please consider that I don't live IN Paris so it might be a bit far if you want to do tourism in the capital (20min to the station + 40min to Paris ... + possible strike, welcome in France :p ). Anyway, I'd be happy to meet you and give you a guided tour in Paris or in my hometown (many things to see there !)

September 2019 : back in France ! 😁 I can't host any surfers at the moment, back to my parents' house for a while

2019 : I'm actually living in Dublin, Ireland until the end of August. I'm intern in a tour operator, and it allows me to improve my English 😁 I've been travelling to Iceland in August (one of my top 3 "dream countries" and I definitely want to move there, now !). I will do a second Europe tour (Interrail Pass is great) in January 2020 that will give me the chance to discover Denmark, Sweden, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria .... and I didn't decide yet for the final steps before going back to France ! Hope to meet YOU soon and enjoy good moments :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here to meet some new people, to discover their culture (and share mine if interested :) ), to make new friends, and eventually to find a place to sleep (unusual uh ?)

Interests

I'm interested in EVERYTHING :) Every subject is a good reason to exchange during hours ! My hobbies are video games, reading, painting, playing bass guitar (complete beginner), singing, cooking (I'm french ...), sports (basketball, workout, a tiny bit of krav maga), cinema ... As long as I am with cool people, I'm up for any activity

Music, Movies, and Books

I like every types of music (except the DUM DUM DUM thing they have in rave parties), but I really enjoy folk metal bands from all over the world (northern : Eluveitie, Corvus Corax ..., asian : Tengger Cavalry, The Hu, Uuhai ..., african : Scratch ...). I read A LOT of fantasy books, my room is just a huge library ^^ For films, I like fantasy and/or historical films, but I can enjoy any style except horror films

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- I left my mom for more than 2 days :O Nah, my most extraordinary experience so far was my Interrail Europe tour in 2018 ! And I am doing a second one in January 2020 :)

- I took a footbath (to the thighs) in the glacial water of Skógafoss waterfall, in Iceland

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to chat about any subjects, I think cultural knowledge is one of my main assets (I am also very humble ... or my other "asset :D), and I want to improve it with whatever you can teach me !

I can share with you funny anecdotes about pretty much everything, but what I prefer is history and geography !
I am also willing to learn a few words in every language, and I can teach you a few words in French :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook french food for you, particularly desserts (not a GREAT cook though) ! I can also bring you some humour, some interesting discussions and why not a new friendship that would last for a very long time ?
