trying to be aware of things i do,and to enjoy every seconde i spend on Earth,to improve myself and share it with all the earthlings

I grow vegetables, cereals, fruits and seeds.. to be deeply linked to the earth I work the soil with handtools, printing my energy in the soil who feeds the plants i eat and share with friends..any better food to eat ?

looking forward to sustainable way of life,or even a way to survive to the global warning, crimate change..

i practice meditation, and i'm linked to the Nature, i like to walk bare foot and to sleep outside..
