CURRENT MISSION
Jumping into homeownership!
ABOUT ME
I am a sociable person, keen on helping others, and engaging in group work. I like to spend time reading and traveling. I heartily enjoy eating heartily (and sometimes eating daintily).
PHILOSOPHY
Take it a day at a time. I like to look before I leap, but in the end I find it's usually better to leap.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I saw a sunset on the San Francisco Bay from a golden hilltop in Oakland, then came back for sunrise. I heard the lento from Chopin's Marche funèbre, and was moved. I tasted the uniquely sweet santol fruit in the Philippines. I felt the arms of old friends embrace me like I'd never left. I smelled the freshness of a November rain, and knew it was time to get up and get going.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am interested in the intersections of culture, environment, history, and health.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Usually I travel with a bottle of local spirits!
