ABOUT ME

Hi!
I'm Sylwia and I'm PoLO(u)CA :D I was an Erasmus student in Portugal. I graduated from Wrocław University of Economics, worked for a bank in Wrocław and then K moved to Kraków to take another job opportunity.

I started a sabbatical leave on Friday, October 13th (very lucky day for me) and I should return to work in May 2024.

I'm a dreamer and a person who loves traveling. Currently I have changed one dream into a plan so I'm back to Couchsurfing to make sure that I'll meet many local people in the countries I'll visit: México, Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Colombia

I was an active member in 2 great students' organizations: BIT Club of Travelers and ESN UE Wrocław. It gave me a great experience, some curious adventures and (un)forgettable memories :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first CS time was in Lisbon in 2014. I had an opportunity to stay with a group of friends at 2 hosts thanks to my friend who has been a CS member already. It was an awesome experience! I like that thanks to their help I could see places which aren't recommended in tour guide book, get to know the culture better and spend much more valuable time.

My first official CS was in Rimini, the next one in Trieste and the third CS was in my homeland in Cracow.
Great summer 2016 expierience - 1 night in Riga, 7 nights in Malta!

I released 66 small turtles to the sea in Costa Rica!

I cycled along Polish coast via EuroVelo (550km for 9 days)

I took part in the biggest hitchhiking race in Europe to Dubrovnik - Auto Stop Race 2013. You can read about that project here www.autostoprace.pl

I was a president of BIT, Club of Travelers - students' organization of active young people who share passion to travelling and organising projects for students from the Wrocław University of Economics.
