Currently planning my next Epic Solo Adventure

ABOUT ME

I FINALLY finished my degree, after 7 long and wearisome years. Now I'm working my lil' tail off as a freelancer in the rough & tumble world of commercial photography, as I secretly plan my next big adventure.

Things that make my world worth spinning:
-Hearing people's stories, from the hilarious to the somber. Blame it on the anthropology, but I *love* hearing how other people navigate their daily world.
-Photographing whatever strikes me (though I'm overly self-conscious of not being that obnoxious ass with the camera).
-Good food, especially when shared with good company.
-Seeing new places & experiencing new things, be it across the globe or on my own street.

PHILOSOPHY

Live & let live. Be ever curious. The day you stop learning is the day life is no longer worth living.

I haven't had a surfable home in quite a while, but I still enjoy showing folks around San Francisco. :)

Zainteresowania

When I'm not buried under a mountain of research papers & school projects, I'm usually out & about enjoying the beautiful city I am lucky enough to live in. Photography makes my world go 'round, and I'm currently diving into the scary & exciting world of large format!
I also spend a fair amount of time daydreaming about the rad non-profit, youth-centered project I plan to start up in a few years :)

Music: If it has got a beat & rhythm, I'm into it.

Movies: Just saw Brave & absolutely adored it.

Books: Currently on a graphic novel kick. Conquered The Watchmen, Fables, & The Walking Dead in the last few days.

1. Sailing on the San Francisco bay for the first (and second, and third..) time.
2. Taking in the hazy beauty of my new home city during late night strolls.
3. Walking through the rainforest of Monte Verde Costa Rica.
4. Trading Chuck Norris jokes with teenagers in Brazil.
