I'm Symmetry Sanchez. My childhood nickname is Sanzsoui and my closest friends call me Sanzs or Zsoui. Others call me Symm too. I'm pretty adventurous and likes to try new things and experiences. I like to travel on a budget and see new places and meet new people. I like it when I am with locals living their daily lives. I wanted to live in a different country but I am not sure if I can. I have travelled to a couple of countries around Asia normally for just a couple of days to a week though I want to really stay longer if I had a choice. haha I'm interested with other country's culture and though I'm not very adventurous when it comes to food, I'm pretty cool with trying anything. I would say I am friendly but may start off as shy at first but I really talk a lot at times.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I wanna meet other people. I also want to try this unique experience. I'm a thrifty traveller and according to my friend, being on couchsurfing will really be able to meet the things I want to experience. Connecting with locals gets the best advantage knowing the place I'm visiting than some fancy tours plus meeting genuine people to give the best tips on places to go, food to eat and sharing stories of their lives in the foreign city:)

Interests

I like to travel and experience exciting activities. I like talking to people and knowing their story, what their life is like, what they believe in, what they want to do. I am also interested in seeing places I've never been to before and understanding cultures around the world. I like conversations and discussions on life, love, etc. just anything under the sun:)

Acoustic, Pop, House, Reggae, Techno almost anything actually.
I'm not picky when it comes to movies but the normal choices I would choose would be comedy, fiction and romance. Wouldn't normally choose horror but I'm not easily afraid as well, maube I just really like some good laugh.
Books? lol I am not really fond of reading books.lol I am one of those lazy ones who would rather watch the movie or listen to an audiobook.hahaha

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I swam with whalesharks in my home country the Philippines as well as sea turtles and stingless jellyfishes. 🐋🐢 I'm not a good swimmer but I like the water. I like lounging on the beach jusy lying on the sand. I grew up in a small city where the beach and the mountain is just 5-10 min drive away. I've hiked and climbed mountains as well:)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you to speak Filipino, the namtive language of the Philippines or Bisaya/Cebuano, a native dialect.
I wanna learn a couple of foreign words, tips, dos and don't when it come to culture of another country
Share, hmmm maybe stories of the places I've seen and those of people I've met.
