I'm an artist, circus performer, military veteran, and cancer survior, among other things. I come from a tattooing family and apprenticed as a piercer before I decided to go to college for animal science. I've worked as a professional photographer (including weddings and family portraits) since 2006. I also have a degree in linguistics/international relations. I often speak in terms of memes, movie quotes, and other pop culture references. I'm an introvert at heart but just because I'm serious, doesn't mean I take myself seriously. Wub a lub a dub dub.

AS A HOST:
I'm excited to share my experiences and help others discover the beauty and charm of my city. I am most interested in hosting other working artists who want to collaborate on projects. I'll happily talk about geo-politics over a cup of hot tea or cocoa. Forewarning, when left to my own devices, I am fairly quiet.

AS A GUEST:
As a guest, I’m very easy-going and super tidy. I can cook, or prep. I'm happy to wash dishes when someone else makes the meal; I'm a big believer that no one should know you were ever in the kitchen, let alone what you ate.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think couch surfing is a great way to get to know a new city/country by meeting other like-minded individuals who might show me aspects of their hometowns I would have otherwise missed.
