PHILOSOPHY

Stay calm, stay open to the world, it always sends signals which you have right to either follow or ignore. This concept leads me to the category of choice which we all have at some point. Every single moment we make up our mind and travel through the galaxy of choices making our own unique way.
Choice is a powerful thing. But in order to make a right choice, you gotta be in harmony with yourself, your desires and your life in general.

Harmony is something about accepting yourself. It is attitude to who you are, what you can/cannot do, what your deep strivings are etc.
Every person has lots of ways how to achieve harmony. In my case, that is music, yoga, meditation and good conversation mixed up in a single moment.

As I mentioned before, harmony is also about attitude.
I strongly believe that attitude is a cornerstone of anything in this world. Once you change it, the world changes in turn. Because the world around us is just an interpretation of information we get from our sources - senses(sight, hearing, taste, smell, touch, temperature, balance, pain etc).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is a network that unites people who enjoy travelling and sharing space. I'm just the one who enjoys this also :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Just as our life evolves, favorites evolve in turn.
When I was 14-16, I liked books by Nick Perumov or Bernard Werber, Paulo Coelho.
When I was 16-19, I was deeply inspired by the ideas of dystopian novels and stories by George Orwell, Ray Bradbury, Kurt Vonnegut, Chuck Palahniuk.
Besides, I loved reading Milan Kundera, Erich Maria Remarque who also influenced my life a lot.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Did some rope-jumping from the bridge.
Climbed various high buildings which were under construction.
Made a 100km ride cycling in one day.
Made a 200km ride cycling in one day. :)
Solved a Rubik's cube in less than 30 seconds.
Hitchhiked from Brussels to Amsterdam and got a fee for walking down the highway :)
Sailed the Minsk Sea on a matrass and was taken in tow by some folks on the boat.

Teach, Learn, Share

First of all, I could hold an ashtanga-vinyasa yoga class for you, teach some basic meditation/pranayama techniques.
Can teach you how to tie your shoelaces in a second or how to beautifully and quickly fold a t-shirt )
With some certain preparation am able to teach you how to solve Rubik's cube :D
