Hi there! I am Sytze van Veen and I am 33 years old. I would like to offer my cosy but big house in the centre of Sneek (NL) to good folks who enjoy fun company. I love cooking (good food), sailing, diving, hiking, and cycling. Since a short period I live in a very nice house built in 1906 in the centre of Sneek. The town is very cozy and has a nice atmosphere. I live right next to the canal (gracht) and the main shopping street and bars/restaurant are a 2 minutes walk away. If you would like to stay at my place let me know! My house is too big for just me anyways! I have two guestrooms, 1 with a bed, so if you come with two people better bring your own sleeping stuff.

I'm a huge fan of good food and different cuisines from the world. Who knows, if you come stay at my place we can exchange ideas. :) Other than that I am also a fan of good whiskys and good wines.

I do a lot of competitive and pleasure sailing so if the weather is good I'm mostly found on the lakes near my town and in other parts of Friesland. If I'm not found on the water I might be under it ;) because I am also a big fan of scuba diving. Within 30 km's of my house there are some great diving spots.

I registered way back in 2012, however, never did anything with my profile. Recently (January '15) I decided it would be a great experience to have some guests every now and then. So who knows......maybe I'll see you soon.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

Like I said my house is quite big. I can share it with people who would like to stay over for a few days and enjoy the nice things Sneek or Holland in general have to offer. Who knows, if the season is right I might take you sailing!

Also, I love meeting new people and especially people from different cultures!
