About Me

My relatives are often saying I must have been born on a carriage because I cannot stay calmly at the same place for an extended period. I always feel the urge to see new places, meet new people and extend my boundaries. I am by the way a Data Science student from Hungary.

So far I spent one year in South Korea doing studies and internship, and I also lived a couple of month in Armenia. Now I live in Eindhoven, Netherlands and hopefully, I will move to Berlin in a couple of months.

When I travel, I like to discover the hidden treasures of the city and mainly not the Main Tourist Attractions. I love uncertainty and many times I happy if the things are not in the way as I planned, it's just makes everything more exciting. I am a big eater; it's a significant part of my travels. I always try to find something new, mostly eat local food or even try to cook by myself from local ingredients.

In my free time, I often hike in the mountains, read books, visit concerts with my friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is a tool to meet the local people because they know the best their cities and countries, cultures. As I mentioned above, it also takes some uncertainty into the journey, even if I already checked what I would like to know, maybe my host would have a much better idea. That's the same thing with hitchhiking; you never know where do you end up at the end. :)

Unfortunately, I never had my flat where I can host people, but always tried to help travellers in my city wherever I lived and show them my favourite places.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a big fan of Asimov's universe. His science-fictions stories inspired my career choice, and I hope I can contribute creating artificial intelligence to serve the people and create a better world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was hitch-hiking during the night in a pajama around Budapest.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you the language of the Martians: Hungarian and I can explain you what a data scientist do and why is it beneficial for you :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook great Hungarian food, you must try it :)
