ABOUT ME
...before film school i was studying american studies, since politics is made black and white, red and blue i prefer people, nature, feelings and thoughts, their colorful, infinite, disturbing relation with each other.
For a period of time I stay home, I read, I watch movies, listen to music, surf the internet, than another period comes when I go out and stay out for long nights, I travel I don't use a phone I don't check my email I just cut myself off, be with friends, among people. This way I hope I'll get close to a more full picture than picking just one, this keeps me from forgetting the other side of the world.
I love spending time with my family, I have the funniest grandparents. Since I'm far from home because of school when I go home I try to make the best of my time. I'm close to lot of my friends, I try to make sure that they always can count on me.
PHILOSOPHY
to be is not to be.
My personal philosophy has some basic rules, but like everything most of it is in constant change. It's not like I don't believe in something it's more like I reevaluate and rethink after learning something new. Same as everyone else, sometimes i just live without thinking about it and sometimes i just can't get my mind to stop for a second. Since I read a lot, a watch a lot of movies I talk to a lot of people I am always in contact with new ideas, feelings, experiences...this makes it...harder i think to build something stabil.

Music, Movies, and Books
thousands and thousands of entries.
I am a big movies fan. I love the magic of the early 20th century movies...Melies, Lumiere, Chaplin, Griffith...........I could list here the film history of U.S., Europe and some parts of Asia. Books, movies and music are like a daily need to me. If i can't get at least two of them a day I feel like I missed something. Sometimes when I stay away from electronics, internet it's only books then, but it is more than enough.
If i would have to write couple of movie titles from which movies I learned the most it would include The Kid - Chaplin, Singing in the rain, The Godfather, Murnau's The Last Man, etc.
Music...jazz, blues, classical, alternative rock and one or two songs from here and there.
Books...hmm...I love the Russians, fear but still read the Germans, have a headache from the English and Italians although they produced some of the best works, mmm French...some sometimes too story-like, Americans-some Gods some monsters, Hungarians the only ones who make me time travel for real, Romanians-a few very good, Eastern-from what I've read, not just extraordinary but sometimes extraterrestrial, African I've never read but would like to...oh yes...those South Americans...strong!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Once I stayed out late, even though I wanted to go home early...my neighbor from across the street was lying in the trench, with a broken leg, in the freezing snow, drunk. I called the ambulance, waited for him to be picked up. After few months he slept near the fireplace, the house burned down...I think i saved him from the cold to die an even more horrible death...it isn't amazing, it's sad but somewhat extraordinary.
Once I've seen a mother bear with her cub just 4 meters away from me at night, on the street. We stared at each other and than someone saw me looking at them and just pulled me away. I can't write it down.
Once I got lost in the woods during winter in the mountains. Few hours passed I almost gave up, I got out, my friends were passing by, they saw me, I promised to them and to myself that I will never do something like this again...2 years later it happened again...It's not an amazing thing, it's an amazingly stupid thing but one---two of my most powerful memories, experiences.
Sunrises in the mountains, seasides, home, my mother crying, my grandfather sleeping, my grandmother yelling at my grandfather...pretending to be sleeping, babies, funerals, humanity in animals, beasts in humans, rich and poor, slow walk in the cold rain, going further than imagined for someone else, slept for 42 hours, been awake for 82, saving a porcupine, saving a dog, saving another dog, wanting life what ever happened.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am a human of this modern world. I know a lot about many things but I don't master anything. Not yet at least. Luckily i don't get lost if there is no internet or electricity.
I know more about movies, and from movies I know even more about basically everything. The books I've read are a part of me, built in, same with people I've met, experiences I've had. I like to think of myself as a thinker, of course sometimes a fool too. I enjoy a good conversation but sometimes I get carried away easily. I love history, arts, culture, people, I can join many topics on a social level but not in a scientific way.
