I am in two hats. I’m a psychotherapist and also a researcher. Although joining these two perspectives sometimes causes many troubles, it teaches me how to create my own perspective as a person who is open for new ideas but also skeptical to these ideas. In one of the books on psychotherapy and science I have found lovely quotations that precisely describe my attitude: ”Keeping an open mind is a virtue but this mind cannot be so open that one’s brain falls out".
