I'm a 20 years old Swedish philology student from Poland. I really like learning new languages and Scandinavia seems very interesting to me, so that's why I chose it :) I havent't travelled much around the world yet, but I'd like to change that. Usually I'm a bit of an introvert, but I enjoy meeting new people and learning new things about other cultures and countries, so don't worry about it :D I think it can really broaden your horizons.
I grew up in Poland, it's pretty nice, so if you like travelling I'd recommend you check it out (and yes, pierogi are as great as people say!). Right now I'm trying to figure out what to do with my life and I hope to acquire as much knowledge and experiences as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I've written, I'd like to travel around the world a bit and get to know about different cultures. I think couch surfing is a great place for that - you really get to meet other people and interact with them, not just sleep in some hotel.

I think it's impossible to choose my absolute favourites - there just aren't any as my taste changes and various movies, books etc. evoke different feelings. There are however some works of art that I particularly enjoy.

Music: I listen to almost every genre, a few examples:
-hard rock/metal - Queens of the Stone Age, Motörhead, Metallica, System of a Down
-rap - Kendrick Lamar, Tyler the Creator, Childish Gambino, Prof, Aesop Rock, Timbuktu
-electronic music - Gorillaz
-jazz/blues - Tom Waits, Miles Davis

I can share stories and experiences of course :) And get you some good Polish food and drinks (yes, our kielbasa and vodka are also great, if you like that kind of stuff ofc)
