Szymon (Stafa) Stawski - I am a travellerw. Back in the time when I was a student of tourism and geography studies, I spend six months in Lapland, Finland, and this is when it all started. Travelling has become the greatest adventure of my life. I have been on the road for over 10 years now and I am still planning another journeys. I have crossed 90 borders on six continents and I am still on the road. As an originator and organizer of Cinemaya Panamericana Expedition, I made ‘Pachamama’ - my debut documentary. My inspiration for the expedition was the life and travelling of Tony Halik, the best-known Polish traveller and adventurer. Following Halik’s footsteps, I realized that travelling may be a never ending life experience, and that is how I came up with the idea of the long-term journey around the globe. I decided to leave everything behind and literally become the citizen of the world. I turned my home into a house on wheels, so that the view from my window is different every day. One of my greatest dreams is to visit all the countries in the world, and it is not for the entry in the Guiness Book of Records, but to experience life fully and share my experience with others. I'm a bit like a horse. Very gregarious animal. I love staying among the people. Currently on the way around the world, looking for new points of view, new buddies, new experience. So who is gonna show me a local life, places and people, better than You!

Interests

My passion is camera, movie and all film production procces. This is what i`m currently up to. Travelling, as for many of you is not my hobby, it's my life. It fulfills all my space. Those two things are a great combination that allows me to continue my life in the journey. Moreover I'm reasercher of tribes and their culture what is my other fascination. Apart of that I like horses , fire poi, dj`s stuff, drones, snowboarding, trekking and much, much more...

There is no limit, I`m trying to avoid building the wall around. So all the music is fun :) Every book is knowledge and ok, not every movie is good ;)

I have crossed all Latin America from Mexico to Argentina with the mobile cinema for kids :)
