About Me
Navigare necesse est, vivere non est necesse!
Following this principle I constantly move forward. I try to see and experience as much as possible.
I think that it's much more important with whom you travel than what's your destination. That's why I love to meet people on my road with whom I can share my experiences and to learn something from them.
I am mechanical engineer professionally but it doesn't mean that I'm fixed on screws and cables :) We can discuss any topic that you find interesting as I try to be very open-minded and I'm always glad to broaden my horizons.
I'm never bored because there's always too little time to do everything I have planed!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Why to stay in a hotel while you can visit someone to talk with?
Interests
As a climber I've visited a lot of places across the Europe. I was climbing in French Alps, skiing in Dolomites, hiking in Polish Tatry Mountains and exploring Montenegro caves.
I also like water activities. In high school I was a member of voluntary fire fighter brigade's scuba diving team. Last year I was sailing through the Baltic Sea from Poland to Bornholm.
Although most of my trips are are somehow connected to rather wilder parts of the world I also like to spend some time in a beautiful city exploring local culture.
