One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I stayed at a Ayuruveda hotel in Sri Lanka without internet, TV and mobile phone.
Having sesami oil massage, drinking detox drink, eating vegan food, and doing yoga and meditation in front of ocean every day were great experience!
Staying in Sedona, Arizona for one month was another great experience. I met so many wonderful people who care about Mother Earth. I experienced a strong connection to nature and got amazing energy from voltex.

I'm a healer/counselor using crystals, reiki energy, flower essence, oracle cards and essential oils. I used to work for companies as Human Resources manager for long time.
I became a vegetarian for ethical and health reason and love healthy organic life.
