I am a Mathematician working in university and consulting for companies in Fintech or data analysis.
I mainly work on mathematical modeling in macroeconomics and financial engineering, using equations from kinetics and control theory.
In simple words: we try to use backward equations to study the rational expectations of human agents and forward equations to describe the flow of agents' probability distribution.
