2024 update. Hello everyone, my name is Elena. I grew up in St Petetersburg, Russia. Later I had a chance to live in Hangzhou, China where I taught English to kids and Nepal where I spent the pandemic year. Both were great experiences. My husband is from Nepal. We trek mountains for a job, we love traditional culture and music. I'm personally interested in singing folklore, contemporary ballet, watercolor painting, meditation practice, yoga and tea culture. We have a 2 year old daughter (born in 2021) her name is Himani. Just like us she enjoys travelling and is very curious.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love having people in my house, old friends and new people. Couchsurfing is great in getting people together and I am enjoying the experience. I have found lots of meaningful connections through Couchsurfing and I will be forever grateful for that
