About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Studying for a semester in Sweden and hoping to make to most of it!
ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Tanja and I live about 50mins from Zurich in a little town where I've lived all my life. My parents showed me early what the world holds and that's where my desire for new, exciting places and people comes from. What I'm most curious about in a country is the people, their lifestyle, their food (I love any kind of food), their philosopies... anything at all really, except for maybe old boring churches... So my favorite thing to do when I'm in an unknown city is getting rid of my laguage and start walking to see where the road will take me.
PHILOSOPHY
Dont judge anyone or anything... there are always many ways to look at things, not just black and white!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Since I live pretty far away from Zurich it makes little sense to host anyone, unless they would like to see the coutryside... (and I also live with my parents)
If you're looking for someone to show you around Zurich I'd be glad to be your tourguide for a day :) Or I could take someone hiking!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
During my trip in Sweden I was able to meet so many amazing people, locals and form other countries through cs. Best trip so far thanks to couchsurfing!

Music, Movies, and Books
I've read so many books I cant count them anymore, same for movies! There is however one movie, called the colour purple, for which I searched 8 years (without knowing it's name), because I couldn't finish it and the scene where the sister got separated was imprinted in my mind! I bursted out in tears when the realization hit that I've found it again by chance after so many years! And I still love to watch it and cry every single time, even though I almost know it by heart by now! I also love "Forest Gump" :) I enjoy listening to music, but don't prefer any special genre, it just has to fit the occasion

Swimming with Icelandic horses in the northern part of Sweden is by far the best thing I have ever done!
